Terms & Conditions:-

• 1. Leave application shall be made in writing, approved by the departmental head shall be submitted to the HR department 2 days in advance. Leave shall be finally sanctioned with the consent of higher authority.
• 2. In salary calculation Weekly Off or Holidays will not calculate. Professional tax deduction will be every month on salary. Salary will be around 15th to onward of every month. Salary can be delayed in case of any calamity, please cooperate company. It's essential to note that occasional delays may occur due to various factors such as government holidays or bank closures or if the bank is closed due to any unforeseen circumstances, or if it is a Saturday or Sunday, the salary processing may be delayed. The company will have the authority to increase or decrease the salary.
• 3. The company maintains a Five day/Six days week schedule. Although the timings would be fixed in general, the company reserves the rights to change the timings depending upon company requirements and you will be required to adhere with the same.
• 4. There will be 8 to 9 holidays (government like 1 may, 15 august ext.) annually without weekly off. The company will decide how much it will be holidays.
• 5. If there is urgent work or deadline project on Weekly Off or Holiday, you have to come to the office. That day manage to other leave of the same month.
• 6. If absent before or after - (holiday or weekly off), Then all your days will be deducted from the payment. If your joining date is at the end of the week for the month, if your working days are below 7 days at that time, your salary for those days will be added to the next month's salary.
• 7. Work From Office - If you come between 9.45 am to 10.15 am then it will be considered late mark. If you get 2 late per month, after 2 late mark then 1 half day each will be deducted from your salary.
• 8. If the colleague has left or is absent, so if there is any work besides profile, it has to be done until an old co- worker or a new co-worker joins.
• 9. Work from Home: - In work from home you must complete your given task in a day. If you cannot complete given task then your salary of these day will be deducted from your salary.
• 10. Employees working from home must adhere to the following guidelines -The sign-in and sign-out process must be between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM. If an employee signs in after 9:30 AM, it will be marked as late. Signing in after 10:00 AM or logging out before 6:30 PM will be considered a half day, in accordance with company policy.
• 11. If the company provides you with work from home, then it is mandatory to come to the office and do the work for two days every week(Hybrid Mode).
• 12. If you do not have your own laptop, then the company will provide the laptop. But you must pay 15,000 Rs (Fifteen thousand rupees only) for security deposit purposes. If the system and any appliances are damaged that the company has given you, at that time company has authority to deducted from 15000 Rs (Fifteen thousand rupees only). Your services can be delivered to any location your organization currently has or will have in the future. Your services may be loaned to one of our current or potential future businesses or affiliates. In this case, your services must be subject to the rules and regulations of the address or sister/affiliate company. These changes were made without further thought. You cannot reject your change order or request a change to your terms and conditions. Refusal to comply with this change order will mean that you are no longer interested in working with the organization and will voluntarily leave the organization.
• 13. Depending on the nature of the training/certification and the associated fees and charges, the company may ask you to sign a contract with the company for a certain period. (This will be explained to you later in time), take into account the costs that the company will bear. Pursue training/certification. • 14. From time to time, the Company may offer you the opportunity to receive certain specialized training, certification and/or skills transfer; this can lead to a better relationship, enhance and enhance your employment opportunities with the Company and elsewhere. If you accept training from the Company, the Company will be responsible for tuition, fees, recruitment and startup costs, wages and benefits during training, deductions, etc. will incur costs including:
• 15. If you are Fresher, You will be on probation period for one year. Initial three months would be your training period and three-month profession period, but this probation period may be extended at the discretion of the company. During your period of probation, the company reserves the right to terminate your services at any time without notice & without assigning any reason thereof. If you are experienced, you will be on probation period for 12 months. During your period of probation, the company reserves the right to terminate your services at any time without notice & without assigning any reason thereof.
• 16. You will have a six to nine month trial period for employment. If management is dissatisfied with your work and behavior, your services may be terminated without notice at any time during or after the trial period. The organization's decision on this matter will be final and will not be appealed before the law or any other authority. It is accepted that your trial period will be deemed extended unless you receive confirmation. If the organization finds your performance unsatisfactory, it may extend your probationary period at its discretion. Your next salary will increase according to your performance and will be determined by the management.
• 17. The company may fire at any time if the performance is not good or if the behavior is unprofessional. After Termination payment will not be given immediately. It will be given at the time of all employees’ salary. According to the rules and conditions of our organization regarding the salary structure of leave and resignation.
  a. Salary is paid after 8 to 10 days after an employee joins the office for a lengthy leave of absence (15 days leave) .
  b . If you resign or fired by the company, the remaining salary will be due after 45 days .
  c. Additionally, such applicants will immediately be placed under the automatically termination policy, and their salary will not be paid if their leave lasts longer than 45 days. .
• 18. Your employment relationship will be terminated if you are found guilty of dishonesty, insubordination, dishonesty, fraud, misconduct, poor attendance or any other unlawful conduct, or if you neglect your duties or perform your duties in an incompetent or illegal manner. Terms and conditions are stated here. If your service is interrupted due to any of the reasons stated in this article, the invoice will not be paid.
• 19. If terminated by the Company an employee under any circumstances when The Experience Letter will not be provide and also salary for this month will not be provide. If you leave job within 3 months after joining then experience letter will not be provide. If you leave job within 30 days after joining, then holidays & Sundays will not consider in working days.
• 20. If will you resign the company have to compulsory give a notice period for all post 1 month and for Tale caller 15 days. If you are about to leave the Company without serving 30/15 days’ notice period or you leave job without any preconceived notions then we will not paid any due payments &take strict legal actions against you and you are required to Repay a compensation. In notice period leave is not allowed.
• 21. Post commitment period, if you are about to leave the Company without serving 30 days’ notice period then you are required to Repay a compensation equivalent to Two months’ salary to the company.
• 22. In case you resign or fired by the company, it is mandatory to handover the project files and important documents of the company or anything else that is of important to the company. Otherwise your all letters and salary will not be given.
• 23. You will be subject to the organization's hours/days and other services that you may join from time to time. Sometimes you may have to work outside working hours due to the company's business requirements.
• 24. Privacy Policy: You hereby affirm that you would not transform any company information, passwords, policies, client information of the company to any of your friends, family members, relatives or any third party, competitors, whether or after you leave the company which could not be in the interests of the company. The company owns several industrial & intellectual property rights & has confidential information relating to products, processes, quality, commercial, technology, software & other aspects of the business of the company (hereinafter referred to as ‘Intellectual Property Rights & Confidential Information’). As an employee, you may be exposed to some or all the Intellectual Property Rights & Confidential Information or other material which may become available to you, either orally or in writing, or in soft form or otherwise. Our contract period is six months. All the Intellectual Property Rights & Confidential Information is the important assets of the company.
• 25. While you are working, if there is a copyright case against the company due to your work, you will be fully responsible for it.
• 26. You may not disclose or cause to be disclosed information about the organization's procedures, services, specifications or affairs to anyone without the written permission of the Administration. When your work with us ends for any reason, you must send all documents; information and records stored electronically (such as computer, USB) and not use them in any way after your work with us ends. Organization information. If your monthly performance is not the best or you do not complete more than 85% ofyour work, the union will not pay your full salary. You should not become a member of any local or public organization without prior permission from the management, and you must comply with the rules of discipline and conduct at the highest level, not only in the organization but also when representing our organization. • 27. According to the company's rules, the retirement age is 60, and this age can be extended in special cases. We also acknowledge and agree that once you reach the age of 58, you will no longer be eligible for legal benefits. It is your responsibility to retire from management decision while you are in good health. This appointment is made on the basis that you have provided the Company with accurate information and other information regarding your past services. If at any time you are found to have engaged in employment by providing false information or concealing relevant information, the company will terminate your services at any time without prior notice or payment.
• 28. Except as permitted or required by your obligations under this Agreement, you will not disclose any confidential information to any person or entity without known or confidential information about the company and/or its organization, business, finances, trade or business. Subsidiaries/affiliates/group companies that you may have information about and/or be informed by the Company during your employment. You must keep all such information confidential. Professional engineers will be evaluated during a six-month trial period. Violation of Section 12 of this Agreement may result in monetary damages. And other equal treatment. • 29. Any action (act or omission) by you that results in a breach of the trust placed in you by the Company. Your service will be terminated immediately without compensation. Likewise, the Company reserves the right to take legal action (civil and criminal) against you in case of breach of trust and at your expense.
• 30. You shall not directly or indirectly engaged or be associated with any other business or any other company work or freelance work business without the consent of management.
• 31. If the company feels that it is making a loss, it will be compensated by the one who is making it and it will be deducted from its salary.
• 32. Each employee should be responsible for completing a specific task that must be followed by the end of each month and making a financial contribution to the work organization.
• 33. You will be abiding by all rules and regulation made by the company from time to time. If you can’t follow rules and regulation we can adopt law. In case of any dispute, it will be subject to Pune Court. And After leaving the job, you can't put any kind of pressure. If this happens we may take legal action against you. If this happens you will be responsible yourself. You are fully aware of this.
• 34. You will be abiding by all rules and regulation made by the company from time to time.
• 35. If above terms & conditions are not acceptable to you, you can tell us immediately. We will discuss about it.
• 36. The swapra technologies does not support give and take or any financial transfer between employees and the company, calculate all of them first, if you are going to be a part of the company you will not be allowed to participate in them. Things like fees or refunds after you join. In case such situations occur, the Company will not have any responsibility for your life or legal problems.
